Property Leads is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support our day to day operations on our affiliate marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our affiliate relationships and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage affiliate communications and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records in our accounting system.
  • Add and update partner information in our systems.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve common issues.
  • Monitor tracking platforms and provide performance feedback to affiliates.
  • Manage display offers and perform other general marketing operational tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Canva.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • 2+ Years of customer service, client success, or general marketing experience.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with Airtable.
  • Experience with Leadshook or similar lead generation tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting tools like Melio.

Real estate lead generation industry experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who can contribute to our team's success.
