We’re hiring a Lead Qualifier to be potential sellers' first point of contact. This role is critical — your job is to make a great first impression, build rapport, and qualify inbound leads to determine whether they’re a fit to move forward in our sales process.
You’ll call and follow up with leads in our CRM, connect with real estate professionals, and handle social outreach on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook. This high-output sales role requires focus, consistency, and a strong work ethic. In return, we offer support, coaching, and opportunities to grow.
Call and qualify inbound seller leads using our CRM
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects
Move leads to the proper pipeline stage based on qualification
Document all lead interactions and escalate when needed
Follow up persistently over time — no lead left behind
Use social platforms for cold outreach and engagement
Be available Monday through Friday (40 hours/week) for calls and follow-ups
Hit or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets
Maintain 100% CRM accuracy and communication logs
Demonstrate strong alignment with the sales team through clear updates
Show ongoing improvement in messaging, objection handling, and closing handoffs
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
1+ year experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or customer success
Comfortable with cold calling and messaging prospects online
Positive, coachable, and ready to learn — no ego
Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage your pipeline
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
Base salary: $10,400/year
Performance bonuses + commissions
On-target earnings (OTE): $12,000–$18,000 in year one
